What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Deliver administrative and operational support for Speaker Bureau programs and Product Theater initiatives
- Manage end-to-end contract management for Key Customer Team-related agreements
- Support HCP consulting operations and process refinement for cross-functional efficiency
- Drive coordination with marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Medical Affairs teams
- Oversee conference reception planning and manage vendor relationships and budget tracking
What is Required (Qualifications)
- BS/BA degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or MS/MA degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing rules and regulations
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Commercial experience within the oncology therapeutic area
- Familiarity with congress planning, speaker bureau management, and vendor management
- Marketing experience in healthcare outside of oncology
- Willingness to learn and improve current processes
- Ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences
