Experience You Will Need
- 10+ years of experience in Multi-unit retail leadership OR B2B / contractor-facing retail OR Foodservice / restaurant supply / industrial retail.
- Should manage team size of (20 people, 3 managers)
- Proven experience managing branch-based or multi-location operations
- Mandarin OR Chinese speaking
- Strong track record of revenue growth and operational scaling
- Experience with P&L ownership and business performance management
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong leadership experience managing managers + frontline teams
