The Sales Enablement Content Consultant is a strategic content creator responsible for developing compelling, client-focused sales materials that enhance the organization’s ability to win and retain group benefits business. This role specializes in producing high-impact capabilities presentations, shortlist decks, and executive summaries, supported by strong storytelling and advanced design skills.In addition to content expertise, the ideal candidate brings UX/UI design capabilities, a strong visual communication skill set, and experience creating interactive or animated content that elevates the sales experience. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure materials are strategic, brand-aligned, and reflective of client needs.Position Responsibilities:Strategic Content DevelopmentDevelop tailored shortlist presentations, proposal support materials, and capabilities decks that showcase organizational strengths and differentiators.Create persuasive executive summaries and client centric sales narratives for proposals and finalist presentations.Curate and organize content for capabilities decks, highlighting differentiators, success stories, and proof points.Translate complex product, service, and operational information into clear, engaging stories and visuals that resonate with a decisionmaker audience.UX/UI & Interactive DesignApply UX/UI design principles to elevate the clarity, flow, and engagement of presentations and sales content.Produce interactive or animated elements for proposals and presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or animation‑enabled platforms.Ensure content design enhances user experience, supports storytelling, and aligns with brand identity.Stay current on digital design trends to help modernize presentation formats and sales enablement assets.Stakeholder Partnership & Voice of the CustomerCollaborate closely with Marketing, Underwriting, and Distribution teams to gather insights and ensure content relevance.Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating distribution and client feedback into sales materials and messaging.Support distribution teams with customized, deal‑specific content aligned to opportunity strategy and win themes.Presentation & Visual ExecutionUpdate, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations using advanced layout, animation, and visual design techniques.Create visually compelling and brand‑compliant materials that position the organization as a leader in the market.Ensure consistency of design, message, and tone across all sales and marketing assets.Quality Assurance & Content GovernanceReview and edit content for clarity, accuracy, narrative cohesion, and persuasiveness.Maintain an organized library of sales enablement materials, templates, and brand‑aligned content.Ensure all shortlists, presentations, and collateral adhere to brand standards and messaging guidelines.Required Qualifications:3–7 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, marketing communications, UX/UI, or presentation design.Experience in group benefits, insurance, or financial services strongly preferred.Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, UX/UI design, business, or a related field.Strong storytelling ability with experience crafting client-focused sales narratives.Advanced PowerPoint skills, including custom layouts, interactive elements, and animation.Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.Proficiency with UX/UI design and interaction design principles.Familiarity with animation and motion graphics concepts.Proficiency with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic).Experience with GenAI video and other AI-powered sales enablement tools for creating engaging video content.Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling visuals and narratives.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.Preferred Qualifications:Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Strategic thinker with a client‑focused mindset and ability to understand competitive positioning.Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working across marketing, sales, and technical teams.Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and comfortable with emerging content, design, and AI-driven tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.When you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
