About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Executive (RevOps) to help drive alignment, efficiency, and visibility across our sales, marketing, and operations functions.
This role is highly execution-focused and analytical. You will work on the systems, data, and processes that support revenue generation – ensuring leads are tracked properly, handovers are clean, and performance is measurable.

What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end revenue operations across marketing, sales, and training operations
Track and manage leads, pipelines, and handover processes between teams
Maintain and improve data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track revenue, conversion rates, and operational KPIs
Identify bottlenecks or leakage in the revenue process and propose improvements
Support campaign tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
Work with stakeholders to document and standardise revenue-related workflows and SOPs
Assist in forecasting, planning, and basic performance analysis
Support automation and system improvement initiatives where applicable
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
Strong interest in revenue operations, business analytics, or growth operations
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to think in processes and systems, not just individual tasks
Good communication skills to work across sales, marketing, and operations teams
Proactive, structured, and improvement-oriented mindset
Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical or operations exposure are welcome.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Exposure to CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms
Experience building dashboards or reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.)
Understanding of sales funnels, lead lifecycle, or attribution concepts
Basic automation or data integration experience
