About the Role

This role leads the marketing, data and design team to drive a sharp, insight‑led B2B marketing strategy closely aligned to commercial goals. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, partner tightly with Sales and BD, and stay hands‑on in producing high‑quality decks and collateral. With a dynamic team in place, you’ll bring clarity, direction and steady leadership to:

  • Lead and develop the marketing, data and design team.
  • Drive a commercially aligned B2B marketing strategy.
  • Work directly with the MD and partner closely with Sales/BD.
  • Provide structure and stability to a dynamic team.
  • Stay hands‑on in crafting high‑impact decks and materials.

  • Solid B2B marketing background with strong storytelling skills.
  • Confident leader able to guide, set direction and drive high performance
  • High EQ with strong senior‑stakeholder management.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and strong in deck creation.
  • Commercially minded and collaborative with Sales/BD
