Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager – Construction & Interior Design

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive or Managerto support our Business Development team in driving sales, marketing, andcustomer engagement. The level of the role (Executive or Manager) will dependon the candidate’s experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoysbuilding customer relationships, coordinating projects, and has exposure to theconstruction or interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily sales and marketing activities for the business development team.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales and promotional materials.
• Engage customers through emails, calls, and meetings; follow up on enquiries, quotations, and projects.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, technical specifications, and design requirements.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and administrative documents related to sales and marketing activities.
• Provide input on interior design solutions and collaborate with clients and internal teams on design-related queries.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in construction or interior design is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Passion for design and eagerness to grow in business development and client engagement.
