The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in building high-impact programs that drive sales performance, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the business. This is a highly visible individual contributor role, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Global GTM leaders to operationalize and adapt data-driven enablement initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and customer success.
What you’ll do here:
Align Enablement to Business Strategy & Global Sales Priorities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess enablement needs and deliver programs aligned to business priorities and sales outcomes.
- Work in close partnership alongside International Sales regional leaders to ensure enablement strategies reflect regional priorities, market dynamics, and customer segments.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and commercial leadership to embed enablement programs into core sales workflows and systems of record.
- Scale enablement programs across geographies, segments, and roles, driving measurable improvements in sales efficiency, pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue attainment.
Drive Localized Enablement Adoption
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to operationalize sales plays, use-case enablement, and value-based messaging for field execution.
- Adapt and translate global enablement programs, resources, and messaging to align with International market needs, ensuring relevance and clarity.
- Work closely with International Sales regional leaders to refine, tailor, and activate programs for local adoption, rather than building net-new content.
- Ensure enablement assets are delivered through the right modalities (live, virtual, on-demand) to drive consistent execution and field effectiveness.
Scale Enablement Through Technology, Data & Continuous Optimization
- Own and optimize enablement technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, CMS, sales engagement, conversation intelligence tools) to deliver scalable, role-based experiences.
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve ROI.
- Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms with global sales teams and leadership to refine programs based on adoption, execution insights, and win/loss outcomes.
Build World-Class Sales Readiness & Leadership Capability
- Execute Onboarding program in region, in local language where appropriate
- Operationalize and continuously improve onboarding, continuous learning, and sales readiness programs to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Adapt global readiness frameworks for regional execution, balancing consistency with market-specific needs.
- Enable frontline and second-line sales managers with coaching frameworks, reinforcement tools, and structured execution models.
- Partner with International leaders to ensure readiness programs are effectively deployed, adopted, and reinforced within each region.(enter responsibilities)
Skills you will need here:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related function.
- Practical experience with essential sales and go-to-market platforms (e.g., Salesforce or a comparable CRM, enablement/LMS systems, sales engagement software, and conversation intelligence, Gong experience a plus).
- Strong ability to convert business and revenue priorities into scalable enablement programs and implementation plans.
- Proven comfort operating in fast-changing or scaling organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience using performance metrics and reporting to guide decisions and improvements.
