Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain stock Inventory of Spares.
• Preparation of Spares for Delivery and Service Job.
• Arranging collection and delivery of Spares to designated place.
• Tracking of spares from vendors, both local and overseas.
• Booking of DHL or other mode of courier.
• Labelling, packaging of stocks into smaller units.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Keep logs and records of spares given to engineers.
• Maintaining warehouse.
• Any other job assigned by reporting managers.

Work Experience Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Logistics / coordination in a maritime company.
• Diploma or certification in any field.
