On Site Full TimeSingapore, SingaporeDada Consultants

Our client is a well-established fintech company operating at the intersection of payments, financial infrastructure, and digital assets, serving institutional and business clients across multiple markets. They are seeking a commercially sharp Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and product marketing lifecycle for a portfolio of financial and digital-asset products and solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex product capabilities and clear, compelling customer value propositions – working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Business Development, Compliance, and Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on product marketer who thrives in a fast-moving fintech environment and enjoys translating sophisticated financial concepts into narratives that resonate with target customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to specific customer segments across payments, financial infrastructure, and digital-asset solutions
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansion initiatives – defining target audiences, channel strategies, launch timelines, and measurable success metrics
  • Translate complex product and technical capabilities into simple, compelling customer-facing narratives, pitch materials, FAQs, and key differentiator documents
  • Drive sales enablement by producing high-quality collateral including product decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and case studies that equip Sales and Business Development teams to communicate product value effectively
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams, ensuring consistent and compliant product communications across all customer touchpoints
  • Monitor fintech, payments, and digital-asset market developments; analyse competitor activity, customer behaviour, and industry trends to surface actionable insights for Product and Commercial leadership
  • Develop customer personas, use-case frameworks, and conduct customer interviews or surveys to validate messaging and assess product-market fit
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop product announcements, thought-leadership materials, website content, and integrated campaign assets across digital and offline channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, fintech, or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience marketing payments, digital assets, SaaS, or financial infrastructure products, with a strong grasp of product marketing fundamentals including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market execution
  • Familiarity with APIs, payment infrastructure, digital wallets, stablecoins, custody solutions, or related financial technology concepts (is a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex product information into clear, persuasive messaging for diverse business audiences
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Experience launching products across multiple markets or jurisdictions, or working within regulated environments where marketing communications require compliance review (is a bonus)
