Talent Acquisition Executive (Semiconductor / 5 days)

Work location: North

Work schedule: 5 days’ work week (Mon – Fri), standard office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and talent attraction activities.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, labour market developments, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Min. 4-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, within semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing/technology industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using multiple recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
