We are currently hiring a Chief Marketing Officer for one of our key clients — a global EdTech platform leveraging AI and data science to transform education and research across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.

The company operates internationally with a strong footprint across Europe and Asia and is entering a new phase of commercial scaling.

The business is scaling globally and requires a shift from fragmented marketing efforts to a structured, performance-driven growth engine.

Marketing is expected to become a core revenue driver, with strong ownership of demand generation, positioning, and pipeline impact.

Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused CMO to build and scale a global marketing function.

This role combines:

  • product marketing
  • demand generation
  • performance marketing

with direct impact on growth and revenue.

What success looks like

  • Predictable and scalable demand generation engine
  • Strong product positioning across multiple segments
  • Clear alignment between marketing, product, and sales
  • Measurable impact on pipeline and conversion

  • Own global GTM and demand generation strategy
  • Build scalable performance marketing and funnel analytics
  • Strengthen product positioning and messaging
  • Develop channel and ecosystem partnerships
  • Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team

Candidate profile

  • Proven marketing leadership in SaaS / EdTech
  • Strong track record in demand generation and product marketing
  • Hands-on approach to performance marketing and growth
  • Experience across international markets
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact
