Responsibilities:
- Roll out robust, standardized sales procedures to drive revenue growth.
- Keep sales projections and opportunity pipelines current and meticulously tracked.
- Oversee and expand high-value, strategic client portfolios.
- Deliver top-tier, executive-level sales presentations.
- Cultivate and sustain strong connections with C-level executives, while also interpreting and conveying the organizational culture of prospective clients.
- Broker all components of contracts—including terms, durations, and pricing—directly with the counterparty.
- Secure client satisfaction and sustained loyalty by offering responsive post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the Technical Pre‑sales and Delivery teams to draft tailored quotes and proposals that address client requirements.
- Partner closely with technical departments to ensure hassle-free deployment and implementation of solutions.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Delivery, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective account stewardship and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Administer the creation and maintenance of all sales records, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Examine, track, and interpret market shifts and competitive dynamics, then use those insights to build strategic initiatives that achieve defined goals.
- Engage with vendors and suppliers to forge and strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or Business solutions sales(ERP sales)
- Having strong business-related knowledge, conscious and sensitive to business practices
- Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach
- Strong understanding of IT business solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
- Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented
