Responsibilities

  • Support digital solution initiatives by producing appropriate B2B content, offering operational assistance and system configuration, and tracking online interactions.
  • Generate creative concepts and manage external agency partnerships; actively interact with the brand’s social media audience, addressing their questions and feedback.
  • Compile monthly performance dashboards for the website and social channels, delivering actionable insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Produce high-quality assets such as electronic brochures, digital catalogs, presentations (for both internal and external audiences), mobile apps, and materials for the website and online platforms.
  • Resolve straightforward problems (e.g., content display errors, file upload difficulties) and refer technical issues to developers, ensuring all content across different country sites remains accurate, current, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Investigate and utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance content production, automate routine tasks, and boost the effectiveness of digital marketing operations.
  • Assess user experience (UX) and suggest measures to improve website functionality and usability.
  • Assist with website upkeep and serve as the primary point of contact for country teams regarding site-related matters
  • Carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable discipline.
  • Has a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, producing content, and overseeing website operations.
  • Has a track record of managing social media channels and fostering customer interaction.
  • Possesses a solid grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Brings a creative mindset capable of generating fresh ideas and practical solutions.
  • Exhibits robust project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle several initiatives at once.
  • Has experience as a digital content creator within a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Shows strong business acumen, particularly in understanding how international brands operate across different regions.
