SEO Manager (Team Lead)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide a group of SEO experts to continuously hit and surpass campaign KPIs.

• Encourage and boost team spirit to guarantee high output and responsibility.

• Provide timely, lucid monthly and quarterly reports on SEO strategy and performance.

• Work with top management to advance process enhancements for scalable implementation.

• Collaborate with MediaOne's technical teams to improve our AI SEO tool, which has won numerous awards.

• Keep an eye on and improve SEO campaigns to sustain high client retention and satisfaction.

• Comply with MediaOne's requirements for all strategic output and SEO deliverables.

• Work together with internal departments to improve the impact of branding and campaign quality.

• Oversee and develop global SEO teams to guarantee optimal effectiveness and reliability.

• To stay ahead of changes in the industry, MediaOne should monitor search trends and upgrades.

• Assure response to changing customer requests and the demands of digital searches.

• Encourage the creation of new SEO business models, such as franchising, licensing, and SaaS.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to oversee several SEO projects at once, ideally in a hectic digital marketing firm setting.

• Previous position as a senior SEO consultant with practical team-leading and coaching experience.

• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities, with an emphasis on ROI and campaign performance.

• A thorough awareness of algorithm changes, content optimization, technical SEO, and SEO tactics.

• It helps to be familiar with data-driven platforms and AI-based SEO tools.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.
