We are hiring an Asst Engineer/Engineer to maintain and ensure live systems are up and running smoothly 24/7.Candidates should be equipped with technical disciplines in System-Level Maintenance with knowledge of Radio Communications, Basic Networking Skills, Computer/Servers Management, Embedded Systems and/or UPS.

Responsibilities:

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and maintaining systems.

Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to fulfil contractual KPI.

Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract deliverables within budget.

Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.

To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.

Liaison with procurement and vendors.

Perform after-office hour standby for fault activation.

Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.

Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.

Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate RF communication systems/equipment failures.

Frequent travelling and working at customer premise(s).

Occasional backfill for Integrated Work Force (IWF) at customer premise(s).

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday:8:30 am to 6.00 pm

Up to $3,700 +PB +Standby Allowance

Requirements:

Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably with 2-3-year experience in related Engineering.

Positive work ethics and a team player.

Takes ownership of responsibilities.

Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments.

Able to work effectively in an indoor and outdoor environment.

Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).

Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines: (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communicationskills.

Proficient in MS Office (Words, Power-point & Excel).

Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.

Standby / Recall duties required.

Role involves working at height and handling equipment
