Position title: Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export)
Working Days: 5 days
Working Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working Location: near Orchard Mrt
Starting Salary: $3,500 – $4500 + AWS (13th bonus)
Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our Metals Trading team. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
Knowledge: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and proficiency in Xero is a plus.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Trade Documentation:
Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.
System & Compliance:
Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
Business Support:
Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.
