Company background:

A leading Singapore-based Agrochemicals (Pesticide & Fertilizer) Manufacturing & Trading Company.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage and grow customer relationships across Asia & Middle East markets
  • Support trading activities for spot and contract business
  • Identify new business opportunities within Agro sectors
  • Build healthy sales pipelines and perform weekly updates on the progress.
  • Build relationships with customers within.
  • Responsible for commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery execution

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or business development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech/Fertilizer.
  • Proven track record in fertilizer and agrochemical product management and business development. Experience with Specialty Fertilizers or Biostimulants is highly preferred.
  • Regional Asia market exposure is required 
  • Regional Traveling required. 50% (travel to Middle East/ Egypt/ Bangladesh/ Taiwan / Latin America etc)
