The Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-growth global fintech that is redefining how businesses move money across borders.

By combining modern payments infrastructure with stablecoin technology, the business is building the next generation of global financial connectivity. Its platform enables businesses to issue payment cards, automate cross-border payouts, manage treasury and move funds seamlessly across international markets. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, the company has established strong product-market fit and is now entering an exciting phase of international growth.

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely with the founders and executive leadership team to lead Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Growth and Revenue Operations. This is far more than a traditional revenue leadership role—you will help shape commercial strategy, influence product direction, identify new growth opportunities and build the commercial engine required to support the company’s ambitious global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global commercial strategy to deliver ambitious revenue growth.

• Lead and scale the Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Growth and Revenue Operations functions.

• Build predictable, repeatable revenue engines across direct sales, partnerships, customer expansion and lifecycle growth.

• Identify new customer segments, geographic markets and commercial growth opportunities.

• Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence product roadmap, positioning and future commercial strategy.

• Establish forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, commercial reporting and scalable operating cadences.

• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing commercial leaders across multiple regions.

• Build repeatable commercial processes, sales methodologies and operational excellence.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance.

• Represent the business with strategic customers, investors, partners and industry stakeholders globally.

About You

• Proven experience leading and scaling commercial organisations within high-growth fintech, payments or crypto businesses.

• Strong understanding of stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure or modern payment ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success commercialising innovative financial products and taking new offerings to market.

• Experience building and scaling Sales, Partnerships and broader go-to-market organisations.

• Strong track record developing commercial strategy while remaining hands-on when required.

• Experience identifying new market opportunities, customer segments and strategic partnerships.

• Proven ability to recruit, coach and retain exceptional commercial leaders.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision making.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ambiguity, adaptability and ownership are essential.
