What you’ll be doing
- Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts, driving retention and revenue growth
- Deliver strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews in partnership with commercial teams
- Identify expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell, supporting commercial outcomes across the portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insight and ensuring strong adoption of data solutions
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth across existing accounts
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships
- High level of technical and data fluency, with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
