Regional Sales, Marketing & Strategic Alliances Director

Lead the sales, marketing, and strategic alliancesstrategy for our LMS platform across NorthEastAsia, with a strong focus on GreaterChina and Hong Kong. This role requires strong industry contacts, aproven ability to generate sales from Greater China, and experience in buildingpartnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brandpresence.

Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:

  • Develop and execute regionalsales strategies to achieve revenue targets, particularly in Greater China.
  • Leverage existing networksand contacts to generate new business and expand market presence.
  • Identify, develop, andmanage strategic alliances andpartnerships across North Asia.
  • Conduct market analysis, duediligence, and provide strategic guidance on potential initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities,distribution channels, and partnership models.
  • Manage relationships withstrategic clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-termcollaboration.
  • Participate in high-valuenegotiations and contract discussions.
  • Ensure strong customersatisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends,competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform decisions.
  • Provide insights tomanagement on product positioning, market demand, and sales tactics.
  • Recommend adjustments to salesand marketing strategies or product offerings.
  • Lead market entry strategiesfor new countries, segments, or verticals.
  • Ensure compliance with localregulations and business practices across all territories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in sales andmarketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven track record in bringing in sales from Greater Chinaand driving regional growth.
  • Strong network andestablished contacts in Greater China markets.
  • Experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, andhigh-value negotiations.
  • Strategic thinker withexcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel withinthe region.
