AFC is hiring a Head of Marketing Operations and Revenue to own our growth engine. In this role, you will turn strategy into revenue by building demand, increasing market visibility, and converting interest into qualified
What Success Looks Like
- More qualified pipeline and more sales-ready opportunities entering the funnel.
- Higher win rates and larger deal sizes supported by better enablement and clearer messaging.
- Stronger brand presence in the market (especially on LinkedIn and industry channels).
- Better alignment between Marketing and Sales across process, reporting, and execution.
Ideal Candidate
- 5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience (logistics, SaaS, and/or services preferred).
- Strong commercial mindset: revenue-first, pipeline-focused, and conversion-oriented.
- Proven experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive measurable results.
- A builder who can create systems from scratch (process, content engine, reporting, GTM rhythm).
- Hands-on operational excellence with HubSpot (lifecycle stages, workflows, attribution, reporting).
Compensation
- Base salary depending on experience: $90,000 to $110,000
