We’ve launched a new product which is the most differentiated experience in the world for booking intimate in-person events at the best venues. We are leveraging hundreds of customers and signed distribution deals to quickly become the market leader.
We’re hiring a CRO to make it all feel inevitable.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a CRO who will own the full revenue motion — supply, demand, and partnerships — and build and manage the team underneath it. Your zone of brilliance is seeing the whole board: where the leverage is, where the bottlenecks are, and how to build a machine that compounds. You know how to run the train while you lay down the train tracks. You’re designed for speed (of learning, deciding, and delivering), hard work, and curiosity.
This is an ownership role. You won’t inherit a playbook — you’ll write it.
What You’ll Own

The revenue strategy: Define how Bonfiire wins on both sides of the marketplace — supply and demand — and the partnerships that accelerate both.

The team: Hire, develop, and lead the sales and partnerships org as we scale.

Enterprise relationships: Leverage our existing Fortune 500 customer base and distribution deals to drive rapid market leadership.

The number: Own the revenue target and be accountable for hitting it.
What We’re Looking For
Values You’re at the point in your career where you want to take a big swing to impact millions and change the world by bringing humans closer together during the isolated AI age. You’re hard working, creative, curious, and ethical.
Abilities You see the whole board — supply, demand, partnerships, and team — and know how to sequence it. You’re as comfortable in a boardroom with a Fortune 500 exec as you are rolling up your sleeves to close a deal yourself. You build organizations that outlast you.
Skills You have a few years of enterprise sales and partnerships experience and have owned a revenue number before. You’ve worked in a marketplace or two-sided business. You know how to close and how to coach others to close.
5 days/week in our Palo Alto office. OPT support available; not currently sponsoring H1B.
