We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a CPA certification to join our mission-driven team. In this critical role, you will steer the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring that all financial operations align with our objectives and mission.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting fiscal sustainability. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and monitoring budgets, managing the revenue cycle, and offering strategic financial insights to facilitate our growth and investment strategies.

Applicants must possess a CPA certification and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. We require 5-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), nonprofit healthcare, or community health environments.
