About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Membership Officer (CMO) to spearhead a new era of membership growth, engagement, and brand leadership. The CMO will be the senior executive tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that integrates membership growth, engagement, marketing, and communications. This pivotal role involves leading a multidisciplinary team and working closely with the Board of Governors to ensure the long-term vitality of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for stewarding and expanding a global community of members, with a focus on strengthening the company's position as a premier social, intellectual, and athletic hub.
Key responsibilities for the CMO include translating the organization's strong membership base into a forward-looking growth strategy, leveraging data and market insights, and designing member experiences to enhance competitive positioning.
