About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its global commercial strategy and drive revenue growth in high-risk digital sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full revenue lifecycle, including sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success, with a focus on scaling merchant acquisition, expanding into new regions, and ensuring strong merchant retention. This pivotal C-suite role demands a leader with a deep understanding of online entertainment sectors, such as iGaming or online betting, and a proven track record in building and scaling global commercial teams. The CRO will also be tasked with managing strategic partnerships, structuring competitive commercial deals, and aligning commercial strategies with regulatory requirements.

Essential experience for the CRO position at the company includes senior revenue leadership within a PSP, acquirer, or high-risk payments environment, a strong network across industry stakeholders, and experience in managing high-risk portfolios with chargeback and compliance sensitivity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader with excellent negotiation skills, capable of identifying and scaling new revenue streams. Resilience and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments are also key attributes.
