About the Role

The Company is in search of an Enterprise Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide strategic, systemwide leadership in the development, integration, and execution of clinical care. The CMO will be responsible for modeling enterprise accountability, collaboration, and clinical leadership, with a focus on effective integration and standardization that meets community needs. This role involves serving as a strategic executive partner, guiding the organization through growth, and championing clinical integration, care coordination, and population health strategies. The ideal candidate will be a skilled physician executive with an M.D. or D.O. and appropriate board certification, eligible for a medical license in the state of Washington, and have a deep familiarity with community healthcare delivery.

The successful CMO will be adept at unifying a diverse group of healthcare providers, physicians, and staff, and will have considerable knowledge and experience in clinical operations. They must understand the value of building effective relationships in a highly matrixed environment and be committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mentoring emerging leaders. The role requires a leader who can strengthen physician engagement, elevate clinical performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-value care. The CMO will also be instrumental in building scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and clinical reliability, and will be expected to have a significant impact on the organization's long-term success.
