We’re growing quickly and hiring a RevOps Manager to join our in-person Denver team and support one of our RevOps pods.

About the Role

The RevOps Manager is the technical and operational engine of the pod. You’ll work closely with a RevOps Director, PM, and Analyst to execute the systems, automations, processes, and reporting that power our clients’ revenue engines.

This role is deeply hands‑on: building workflows, structuring data, improving pipelines, cleaning systems, and turning strategy into scalable GTM operations. You’ll also join client calls, contribute insights, and support the Director in driving outcomes.

This person needs to be an expert in HubSpot and B2B SaaS.

What You’ll Do

GTM Systems Execution

  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, properties, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and reporting.
  • Implement repeatable processes across marketing, sales, and customer success funnels.
  • Maintain clean, structured data and enforce operational governance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive clarity and accountability.

Technical Delivery & Problem Solving

  • Translate architecture from the RevOps Director into executable system builds.
  • Diagnose CRM issues, troubleshoot automation failures, and identify root causes.
  • Support data migrations, system cleanups, and GTM process improvements.
  • Own day-to-day execution for multiple client accounts.
  • Join weekly client calls with your pod’s Director and PM.
  • Provide clear updates, gather requirements, and offer RevOps recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner to SaaS GTM teams.

Pod Support & Internal Standards

  • Work in a high-performance, in-person environment (Mon–Thu).
  • Collaborate closely with your pod’s Director, PM, and Analyst.
  • Help maintain internal playbooks, templates, naming conventions, and process standards.
  • Support QA and ensure systems work as intended.

What You Bring

Must‑Have Strengths

  • Strong HubSpot experience (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, lists, reports, custom objects).
  • Ability to take high-level direction and convert it into clean, scalable system builds.
  • Structured thinker who cares about naming conventions, documentation, and data hygiene.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical decisions clearly.
  • Bias toward action; “gets things done” mindset.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Clay automation
  • Data modeling or advanced reporting
  • Experience in agencies, consulting, or multi-client environments
  • API or integration experience (Zapier, Make)
