We are seeking a dynamic and strategic executive to drive the growth of our B2B sales segment by revolutionizing our outbound sales strategy. This is a prime opportunity for an innovative leader to make a significant impact on our sales operations and shape the future of our sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust outbound sales strategy to enhance market reach and reduce reliance on inbound sales.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for the commercial sales department, fostering a cohesive and unified approach.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to execute strategies, identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline sales processes.
  • Restructure existing sales roles such as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and adjust the current commission structure to motivate the sales team and optimize territory management.
  • Analyze the current sales playbook, identifying and capitalizing on overlooked opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Integrate into the family-oriented company culture, building strong relationships while fostering innovation and ambition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of physical products, particularly in industries like materials or construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales initiatives and successfully manage their implementation.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to inspire and guide a team towards a unified goal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building in a family-based business environment.
  • Flexibility in time commitment, with an initial estimate of 10-15 hours per week, allowing for strategic oversight.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment with an appreciation for long-term sales interactions and customer relationships.
  • Ability to navigate and lead within a company experiencing growth and transformation, providing a fresh perspective to the sales strategy.
