Role Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will support the company’s Salesforce and operational systems, enhancing workflow efficiency and sales productivity. Key responsibilities include managing sales tech stack, reporting, data analysis, and supporting cross-functional operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Support sales success through technology, including pipelines, prospect data, and reports.
  • Prepare and support reporting and dashboards, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Manage contract data and reporting in Salesforce to support subscription growth.
  • Automate customer “At Risk” tracking and analysis.
  • Analyze sales data for meetings and cross-team collaborations.
  • Serve as primary Salesforce administrator and manage data mapping.
  • Assist in compensation planning and contract terms.
  • Monitor Win Rate and RFP success metrics.
  • Support operational processes with various teams, including SOW and discount approvals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in sales and revenue operations, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce (REQUIRED).
  • Strong process improvement and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Multitasking, deadline management, and working under pressure.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and discreet.
