Requirements
- Support the enablement and overall success of revenue generating teams
- Develop, own, and continuously maintain sales playbooks
- Leverage sales technology platforms to build scalable enablement infrastructure
- Serve as a key liaison between revenue teams, sales operations, marketing, and product
- Administer and optimize a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for new hires
- Analyze enablement program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback
