Growth Manager

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own marketing initiatives and contribute to product improvements informed by customer insights. The role involves hands-on work, including talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features.

Requirements

• Excellent English (C1+) and clear communication skills
• Hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
• Ability to use analytics tools to inform decisions and measure impact
• Experience hiring or managing freelancers, coordinating work, and keeping projects on track
• Proactive ownership, structure-driven approach, and metrics-driven mindset
