The Customer Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. This role focuses on understanding customers’ needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand goals, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, distribution, etc.) to meet customer needs.
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business updates with clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with company products/services and industry trends.
