Role Overview

The Marketing & Communications Manager will create compelling content, develop and execute outreach campaigns, strengthen relationships with our community, and promote both mission-driven programs and earned revenue opportunities.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement marketing strategies, create and deliver engaging content, develop and execute digital marketing efforts, maintain consistent branding, and build relationships with schools and community organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, nonprofit marketing, or a related field
  • Experience creating and implementing content across multiple channels
  • Working knowledge of marketing and communication tools such as Mailchimp, Little Green Light, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Strong writing, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, vendors, and community partners
