As Technical Sales Manager, you will actively drive both internal and external sales of welding products and services, supporting day-to-day welding repair needs, retrofit projects, and long-term agreements, while shaping customer-specific sales strategies and strengthening WSS’s position as a trusted technical partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marine qualification (preferred)
- Solid technical background in welding processes, mechanical works, handheld power tools, and marine gases
- Experience in technical sales, ideally in an international or maritime environment
- Proven ability to influence sales outcomes through technical expertise and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Digitally confident, with experience using Excel (including pivot tables), Microsoft Office, Copilot, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics tools such as Power BI
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated by growth and results
