This Head of Revenue Operations role will focus on building a solid operational foundation for growth and driving sales efficiency through data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Support and guide your remote team of Wingtranauts across Europe & the US
- Co-develop Wingtra’s commercial strategy as part of the senior leadership team
- Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations with overall revenue goals
- Build and maintain scalable commercial and partner programs
- Eliminate silos and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Establish a unified, accurate data infrastructure
- Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack
- Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies
- Extensive experience with tools such as Hubspot, Impartner, Odoo, Google tool suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
