Data Analyst L4

This role involves interpreting data and turning it into information to improve business decisions. The job entails managing project scope, gathering information from various sources, developing record management processes, building relationships with clients, and providing sales data, proposals, and account reviews. The role also includes analyzing data sets, providing relevant information to clients, and creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.

Requirements

• Managing the technical scope of the project in line with the requirements at all stages
• Gathering information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling) and interpreting patterns and trends
• Developing record management process and policies
• Building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the client base and understanding their requirements
• Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base
• Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
• Setting up and maintaining automated data processes
• Identifying, evaluating and implementing external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
• Producing and tracking key performance indicators
