Requirements
- Managing technical scope of project in line with requirements at all stages
- Gathering information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling)
- Developing record management process and policies
- Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to client base
- Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Setting up and maintaining automated data processes
- Identifying, evaluating and implementing external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Producing and tracking key performance indicators
- Analyzing data sets and providing adequate information
- Designing and carrying out surveys and analyzing survey data
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets relating to customer’s business
- Preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualization to showcase business performance
- Mining and analyzing large datasets, drawing valid inferences and presenting them successfully to management
- Developing predictive models and sharing insights with clients
