Wisetack is a consumer lending company that helps service-based businesses thrive. We’re a well-funded startup with a healthy company culture, and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to work directly with our customers and manage large accounts to grow their financing volume.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer financing, lending, financial technology or home services software
  • Comfort with the types of technology we use as a team
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale account management workflow
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), with the ability to adapt your style for different stakeholders
  • A growth-oriented mindset, you thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot quickly to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proven ability to drive growth and manage large, high-visibility accounts
