Revenue Operations Specialist B2B (H/F)

Withings is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist B2B (H/F) to structure, optimize, and evolve its commercial engine. This role will align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring strategic alignment and accelerating development. The position will focus on performance monitoring, process optimization, and data-driven reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, or university with a focus on strategy, finance, data or business analytics.
• Successful experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of go-to-market processes (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Bilingual English/French.
