We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading product marketing initiatives and managing a small team to help drive the growth of our B2B SaaS company across both a self-serve/PLG and a sales-led go-to-market (GTM) motion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Wizehire products
- Identify and maintain market audience and buyer persona definitions for our customer audience
- Build and maintain market expertise, behavior, industry trends, the competitive landscape, and buyer needs
- Apply this expertise in partnership with Product Management on informing product vision/roadmap
- Develop and maintain product-focused positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales tools, developing vertical-specific strategies and content
- Work directly with Sales & Client Success to understand client and prospect behavior in order to test new assets, research, pricing
- Write and refine messaging, collateral, presentations, blog posts, and other materials
- Be the products’ subject matter expert so that other marketing teams can ideate and create
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to drive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
- Work with the content team to develop product-focused content and collateral that supports the buyer’s journey
- Manage and mentor a small team to support product marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to product marketing efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in a product-led GTM B2B SaaS company is required
- Ability to connect market needs with product features and use cases
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Results-driven, analytical but pragmatic, and a bias for action
- Strategic thinking to understand markets and competitors combined with tactical planning and execution discipline
- Experience managing a team and/or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$135,000 – $155,000 yearly
