Function: Go-To-Market Leadership

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to build and scale a world-class Go-To-Market organisation for a hyper growth provider of GPU cloud and accelerated computing infrastructure, widely recognised as one of the most important emerging players powering the global AI ecosystem.

This role is suited to a proven commercial leader with a powerful industry network, a track record of opening doors at the highest levels, and the ability to build a revenue machine from the ground up. The CRO will oversee all revenue-generating functions and will have a Vice President-level leader reporting into them.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Leadership

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for a rapidly scaling GPU cloud platform used by leading AI companies and enterprise customers.
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle: new business, expansion, channel strategy, and customer success motions.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, forecasting cadence, and operational discipline across the organisation.

Team Building & People Leadership

  • Build and scale a 12+ person sales organisation, including AEs, inside sales, channel roles, and revenue operations.
  • Recruit and attract top-tier talent through your established network.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop both frontline teams and leadership; foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Manage and empower a Vice President-level GTM leader who will operate underneath the CRO.

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Relationships

  • Leverage an extensive industry network to open doors to strategic AI companies, large enterprises, cloud buyers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Support AEs directly on complex commercial cycles, helping navigate internal politics, biases, and executive influence paths.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for major enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and technical decision makers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure complete alignment across the business.
  • Translate field insights into product direction and customer-centric innovation.
  • Lead internal coordination around revenue strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Experience & Profile

  • Experience in revenue leadership roles within high-growth technology or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience scaling GTM teams in cloud, AI, HPC, data centre, or SaaS platforms is highly valuable.
  • Demonstrable success owning revenue targets and building sales organisations from early stage to maturity.
  • A strong, established network and the ability to create warm access to strategic accounts.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to embed directly into key deals and support AEs.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment with constantly evolving priorities.
  • Strategic, analytical, and operationally disciplined leader who can balance vision with execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • A builder who thrives on creating structure and momentum from scratch.
  • A connector with a powerful network capable of opening doors at scale.
  • A coach who develops talent and builds a high-performance culture.
  • A hands-on executive who partners directly with sellers while shaping long-term GTM strategy.
  • A relationship-led leader with credibility across AI, cloud, and enterprise ecosystems.
