Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales administration and client experience teams.
  • Oversee contract management, settlements, and CRM accuracy across all projects.
  • Support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations as 2IC to the GM Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Development) and external partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Drive consistent communication and reporting across all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales operations, contract administration, or customer experience within property or real estate.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of off-the-plan contracts and settlement processes.
  • Strong system and CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
