Workana is seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This high-impact role will connect strategy and execution, ensuring impactful revenue growth. The role involves managing concurrent workstreams, including CRM optimization, sales enablement, and data-driven automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business teams
- Highly execution-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Fluent english
