GTM Program Manager

This is a contract position for a GTM Program Manager within a leading FinTech lender, focusing on scaling and driving revenue growth. The role involves managing several strategic initiatives, collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and operations, and contributing to continuous improvement of GTM processes. The position offers a fully remote experience within Latin America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly execution-oriented
• Fluent English
• Residing in Latin America
