Marketing Technology & Automation Manager

Role Overview

Work as a Marketing Technology Manager for Solv Wellness, a U.S.-based consumer health and wellness company, to manage, optimize, and consolidate their martech stack. You will oversee day-to-day platform administration, build cross-platform automated workflows, and ensure clean data synchronization across email, SMS, subscription, and analytics platforms.

What You Will Do

Administer, document, and manage core DTC platforms, build and maintain email and SMS automated flows, build and maintain multi-step automated workflows, perform hands-on updates directly in Shopify themes, lead tech stack consolidation efforts, maintain data integrity and reporting connections, and leverage AI tools to automate manual processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or DTC ecommerce operations
• Strong expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, including app integrations and automated flow architecture
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated scenarios using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms via APIs and webhooks
• Proven proficiency editing Shopify themes, including modifying Liquid code, HTML, CSS, sections, and blocks
• Deep understanding of DTC data flows, tracking pixels, UTM governance, and database hygiene
• Demonstrated experience executing platform migrations or tech stack consolidation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows and manual tasks
• Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal), as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team
