Marketing Technology & Automation Manager

Role Overview

As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will be the primary technical owner responsible for managing, optimizing, and consolidating Solv Wellness’s martech stack. You will oversee day-to-day platform administration, build cross-platform automated workflows, make direct Shopify theme updates, and ensure clean data synchronization across email, SMS, subscription, and analytics platforms.

What You Will Do

You will step into an established stack and immediately drive high-impact initiatives, including migrating SMS into Klaviyo, consolidating review and loyalty apps, rebuilding Rebuy templates on a new site theme, and expanding BigQuery data connections.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Candidates must be able to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Time hours to support real-time stack troubleshooting. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, balancing daily operational tasks with process automation and tech stack optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or DTC ecommerce operations
• Strong expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, including app integrations and automated flow architecture
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated scenarios using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms via APIs and webhooks
• Proven proficiency editing Shopify themes, including modifying Liquid code, HTML, CSS, sections, and blocks
• Deep understanding of DTC data flows, tracking pixels, UTM governance, and database hygiene
• Demonstrated experience executing platform migrations or tech stack consolidation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows and manual tasks
• Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal), as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team
