Requirements
- Completed studies or training in business economics, business management, or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in IT sales, customer success, aaS, or cloud infrastructure.
- Very good German skills on C2 level and English skills on B2/C1 level.
- Active listening and empathy skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong affinity for IT topics.
- Ability to make decisions based on facts (numbers, data, insights) rather than instinct.
