We are seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer – Automation to support product management and go-to-market activities for the Routing Infrastructure Solutions (RIS) and Automation product portfolio. The role focuses on enabling sales teams, supporting product direction with customer and market insights, and contributing to technical collateral and demos.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in networking, preferably in Service Provider or large-scale Enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of IP networking, MPLS/SR, routing & switching, and associated SP architectures
- Strong hands-on Python experience (required) for automation, tooling, and data processing
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, version control, and automation pipelines
- Familiarity with AIOps concepts, telemetry, observability, and data-driven operational workflows
