About the Role
While this role is titled Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the title is just that — a title. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, acts like a partner, and can own revenue growth and drive results. You’ll be responsible for:
- Attracting real estate borrowers to list deals on WorkingMoni
- Recruiting ZIP Code license partners (real estate and loan brokers)
- Developing systems and strategies to generate, convert, and scale leads
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute outreach strategies to get more borrowers listing on the platform
- Leverage your network and experience to establish credibility and close deals
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to guide monetization strategy
- Take full ownership of revenue growth, with the flexibility to scale your team later
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, lending, or capital raising
- NMLS license preferred
- Deep knowledge of hard money lending and the real estate investment world
- Proven track record in closing deals, building relationships, and generating leads
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed: you move fast and get things done
