Workstream is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and build the data foundation for their outbound marketing platform. The role involves building scalable data warehouses, implementing ICP systems, and integrating scores into Salesforce. Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data science in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong command of SQL and Python for building and automating data workflows
- Experience designing and maintaining data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Familiarity with integrating data into Salesforce or other CRMs via APIs, Bulk API, or reverse ETL tools
- Creative, hacker mindset comfortable with scrappy external dataset cleaning and data enrichment
- Ability to work independently with limited structure
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
